Nomad PDU Partner Install Showcase.

Between the 3rd of July and 14th of August we are running a national initiative to promote our partners imagination and initiatives when it comes to installation or application of a Nomad PDU and or accessories.

We encourage you as a consumer, to make suitable comments on this page as we upload the ongoing details and pictures of how our partners have installed or used the Nomad PDU. We are looking for the best install or versatile application of the Nomad PDU. It may be pictures or a short you tube clip and some highlights, such as below.

Partners can submit their innovative installs for uploading to showusyourinstall@nomadpdu.com.au
Post your vote or comments at the bottom of this post, which will be updated daily.

Johny Nomad from Nomad PDU set up above with 2 fridges, one run as a freezer, with his camp oven, cry o-vac and pretty much anything else he thought he could hang off it - Johns not eligible but his set up is simple and easy to install, remove as needed.

Southern Suspension and 4wd
Esperence WA

A couple of great installs, for user simplicity and also illustrates how little room is required for a dual install if you choose to do so, with DCDC charging.

We were always hoping for an install into a Suzuki Jimmy would eventuate, given the limited space and weight restriction, shows that even a jimmy can have as much dual power as a Land cruiser, leaving more space for fridge, camping and fishing gear. with a simple DCDC charge pretty much all you need. Easy to remove, simple tie down strap, which was what the unit was designed to suit.

Custom install into a VW Amarok, note the position of the DCDC module, fuses and quick release strap, perfect example of how little space the Nomad PDU Takes up , giving you plenty of options to securely install but also make it easy to remove for other applications.

Kununurra 4WD and Spares. WA 16/07/2020

Just a basic install for a rough and tumble D-Max ute.

Simple HD isolator unit and Midi fuse front end, DC charger permanent mount tub and simple mount point with rubber spacer and matting. Basic but effective with easy remove. Typical Dual Battery set up with the advantages of quick removal, which the Nomad PDU gives you that advantage.

A lovely tidy install with custom bracket in to an Amarok. Harmac are in QLD

Harmac Canopy Install - with DCDC charger set up, again for secure and
easily removable application.

More Impressive Harmac installs.

Pajero Sport - The most important thing to take away from the install is the little space it takes up, no need to upgrade springs and shocks etc just for batteries because of weight, and again easy to remove and use for other applications, and little expense compared to tradition dual set ups. This is exactly what the Nomad PDU was designed for.
